Revenue Roads

Intro
User-centered UX/UI design for Revenue Roads — an all-in-one platform aimed at helping small hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses increase revenue and optimize operations. The project focused on workflow efficiency, intuitive booking management, and data overview for multi-role users such as hosts, managers, and front-desk staff. I led UX research, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution to support clear task flows and user goals across the product. All design rights and intellectual property belong to the client; visuals are shown for portfolio presentation only. Revenue Roads is a conceptual all-in-one software service designed for hospitality micro-businesses (small hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses, vacation rentals) to help them manage bookings, increase revenue, and reduce operational friction. The design aims to unify multiple administrative tasks into a coherent interface, allowing users to focus on guest experience and profitability. Primary user groups: Owners / Managers — strategic insight, revenue data Reception / Front Desk — booking and guest operations Cleaners / Maintenance — task assignments and status tracking Secondary: Guests — limited interaction (e.g., automated check-in status) Complexity came from designing for multiple roles with overlapping needs but distinct tasks. Translate hospitality operations into clear task flows Simplify multi-stage processes like booking → housekeeping → invoicing Provide immediate visibility into revenue-related metrics without clutter
