Enterprise iOS application designed for internal hospitality and facility service management within a large European insurance organization. The platform supported complex role-based workflows, service orchestration, and multi-user task coordination. I led the end-to-end UX process — from workflow mapping and information architecture to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
